Grip was excellent and gave me the confidence I was looking for - I definitely needed the extra boost in confidence, because we ran the track clockwise and right-handers aren’t my jam. El informe policial indicó que la joven circulaba a más de 120 kilómetros por hora en su moto favorita, una Triumph Street Triple R 2015, superando la velocidad máxima permitida en este tramo de vía, que es de 72 kilómetros hora, lo que provocó que no pudiera tomar bien una curva, se saliera del camino por el exceso de velocidad, y cayera por un barranco, de acuerdo con el diario "El País".
