Por curiosidad me tomé la tarea de investigar qué factores ayudan a este logro y según, el principal factor o elemento crucial en estos resultados es EL PROFESOR, quien cuenta con una valiosa imagen ante la sociedad, lo que lo motiva a cumplir verdaderamente con su labor. ¿Por qué en México y Sonora no nos damos a la tarea de reconstruir y rescatar la imagen del maestro del pasado?. En mi opinion creo que antes de ampliar los horarios de clases sería mejor analizar las causas que han llevado al deterioro y pérdida de la imagen docente y con ello al declive de la calidad educativa. Tal vez lo que se requiere es una verdadera motivación e incentivos que lleven al docente a comprometerse fielmente a la tarea que ellos eligieron desempeñar.
